3 stars: It's good. But after downloading I don't see the app on my phone. I have to go to play store and open from there. Why is it like that?? It's so not convenient, I can't be doing that each time I was to message someone. And whenever a message enters, am not notified.
4 stars: Good for business, but one feature is missing. Fingerprint unlock... Whatsapp has it but.. whatsapp business doesnot, In business too there is some privacy so, it is needy to take and come fp login After that if it is possible to bring like whatsapp pay it is usefull for customers who are buying products they can also pay through online. 3 stars: I have not been able to sync my account since August 17. So I can't see the names of my chat contacts even though they are saved on my phone and Gmail. Anytime I try it tells me 'syncing is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly
