5 stars: I have been happy with every use of this app whether or not I had made a reservation each time, this app has been very useful the several times I used it. I love the easy access to menu and reviews on one forum and making a reservation is so simple.
5 stars: I love being able to make reservations to restaurants I wasn't even sure took reservations! It's so easy to use and offers up ideas all over town when I'm looking for something new. The site even reminds me to make my holiday reservations early!
4 stars: I've used this app a lot and really like it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is because when I used it for Fridays last time, I still had to wait over an hour and a half for a table. Their reason was that the app is not supposed to allow reservations on Fri or Sat evenings.
3 stars: It seems to go in circles to log on, reserve and really reserve. It is not that intuitive as to what the next step is. I have used twice and still never figured out how to flow thru the reservation process.
5 stars: Very easy to make reservations at our favorite restaurants. App is very easy to use, too. Would recommend it to anyone who frequents the restaurants that use OpenTable for their reservations.
4 stars: The app itself is very easy to use and excellent in making, modifying or canceling reservations. The award system is not so great. The bemused years ago was much easier and better.
