3 stars: Unable to add passport number. While trying to check in for my flight this morning, I am unable to add my passport number; \
4 stars: App is easy to use. Only had trouble signing in where I had to remive and reinatall app. Otherwise, gets me to my informatuon while travelling.
3 stars: Solidly mediocre. The next time I book a flight through the app will be the first time, because it always craps out when I try to do so. Decent enough for checking in and producing boarding pass, but any third grader can code that. As far as using the app for in-flight entertainment, still waiting for that to actually work.
5 stars: Easy to use and convenient to look up status of flight schedules and book flights.
3 stars: OK for check in and selecting seats for national flights. It is always glitchy and frustrating when dealing with 8nternational flights. I have TSA Pre and Global clearances and I am never able to make the app to scan and load my passport, so I always have to check in and get my boarding pass at the airport. This makes me miss many upgrade opportunities because you don't go on the upgrade wait list for a flight unless you are checked in.
3 stars: Stay logged in doesn't work. Credit card advertising prevented get back to home screen
4 stars: Great app. Used to work flawless. But keeps crashing on Android 9 and Motorola G6 after the latest update.
