5 stars: Can't see the full detail of Grab car after booking since last update, especially color of the car, this could pose a huge risk to passengers for boarding the wrong car for wrong reason. Every passenger complain about this, as we all need to check every single car number plate to look for the car.
4 stars: Feature where you can save and filter out restaurants. There are lots of good and bad restaurants out there, And we don't have the time to memorize which is good and which isn't. It'd be nice to block bad restaurants out so we can scroll through the ones we like. Sure the liking system is good but there should be more than one list, Cuz we order a bunch of different food all the time it'd be nice to organize them.
3 stars: I've been using Grab for the past 3 months now, was satisfied with the services until suddenly the app asked me to create an account again of which I did try to re-enter my mobile number and enter a verification code to no avail. It stuck to the Grab logo and it's like loading forever. I did the uninstall and install apps again but still nothing happen. I need help. Would appreciate any advise or recommendation? Thank you.
