5 stars: Great app, easy and cuts to the chase! The app is very easy to navigate and to find your saved searches and they'll update you on any searches you saved that may have reduced in price or have gone off the market. This is my go to app when looking for a home or rental.
4 stars: Good place to start. Not every home for sale or rent is on this site because some realtors don't allow their listings to be shared. Lots of owners use craigslist to post rentals and those aren't on this site which pulls data from MLS.
4 stars: Mostly I like it. But the radius search isn't always visible in the filters and I can't exclude senior or affordable housing. Could really use better search/ filter functions. EDIT: No longer having issues with search radius since the last update. Would still like an option to not see senior or affordable housing.
4 stars: I'm using the app for about an hour now first time and it's pretty good so far only problem so far is that I put in a search for Philadelphia PA and although it shows the area it also shows parts of New Jersey.
3 stars: I really like realtor. It's easy to find homes available. My ONLY PROBLEM is while searching through homes, sooo many have HOA. If there was a way we could search and select NO HOA I would love this app even more.
4 stars: Appears to be a better app than Zillow or motovo but others have filters better old people friendly...but not bad at all. Yes, they get 4 stars from me.
