3 stars: I like this better than Uber but there needs to be a way for passengers to confirm they are in the car. Drivers can accidentally hit the pick up button even before they get to the pick up location. This puts passengers in bad situations where they cant cancel rides and end up stuck. Happened twice.
3 stars: App was working fine, but now it is asking for a new card and I have no other cards. Please fix this bug i can send a screen shot of what I am looking at. Also, please refer me to email address that I can contact someone please, I really do appreciate it.
4 stars: Location issue is noted sometimes and it pickes up wrong points on the map not the obvious practical point of pickup. For example, when I was booking from hotel, it was showing pickup at the HWY as there was a HWY right behind the hotel.
4 stars: Having some trouble where clicking on destination does not move the address into the destination box, so cannot call a car. (Earlier comment about description text resolved, so removed. Thats what Lyft is responding to below.)
5 stars: Simple and excellent for getting rides everywhere I travel. The app had always worked well. Use it several times every week.
