3 stars: Slow and frustrating to navigate. Today the application icon decided to just disappear completely (I haven't hidden it using a feature), but when on the app store it said update? The application itself fails to load the first time so you have to force shut and restart, the images for items layer on top when swiping, or don't move at all. Some videos fail to work and it's frustrating beyond belief
5 stars: It this day and age I cannot believe how poor this app functions. I cannot put anything I want to purchase in my cart. When I click to put it in the cart it just keeps loading. It will let me put things in the wishlist. I called customer service and they suggested that I not go through the app, but go through Google. Amazing!!
3 stars: Useful when it's working, awful when it has bugs (often). Sometimes I open the app to find that I've logged out and the sign in is too buggy for me to be able to log back in, so I just won't be able to access my lists or things that I already had in my cart.
3 stars: I was loovining my app but the last few days it's has been slow and aggravating and trying to filter anything is like waiting on Christ to return 😑 not happy because I'm pregnant with twins and I can't go look for nothing at this point (7 months). Hey Wayfair please fix the bugs oh and the website is not better 😉
