5 stars: The new update at the beginning of October 2019 messed the widget up. The fix I found was to navigate to the app on the play store and open the app from there.... now it seems to be working again. A quick way to get to the app in the play store... press and hold the widget, app info, then scroll to the bottom and press app details in store, then simply press open. This is the only fix I found. Restarting the phone DID NOT work for me.
5 stars: Working great for 2 years until this update on October 8th. Now nothing shows. I've done a force stop plus a delete and then reinstall. Please fix!...UPDATE: I changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars after getting an immediate response via email on how to fix the problem. Highly recommend the app \u0026 greatly appreciate the speedy response!
4 stars: Edited: After two phone reboots, Transparent Clock and Weather now accesses my location properly. Thanks to the software team for suggesting those reboots. The app is working fine again. [Was: Latest update installed and now the app can't figure out my location even though Google maps knows exactly where it is. Disappointed.]
3 stars: As much as I like this app its become really glitchy. It won't use my location and and randomly switches to hourly and I cannot use the hot key to switch it back. The only fix I have found is to remove the widget and then add it back.
