4 stars: Broken. Just doesn't work. Either refuses to accept my credentials no matter what or just straight up doesn't load. Did this on my old phone and it's doing it on my new phone. I remember one time it was working, then I guess some update somewhere, it broke. So the app development team needs to fix this problem with the app. I have one of the best phones in the world currently, no excuses for the app just not working
4 stars: Application is pretty good. Please put address option at the end. Display address of each order against the order. I have chosen the wrong address multiple times. I had to wait for the moment the delivery guy pick up the order to call and tell about the address issue. Put a good support team. Other than showing a instruction screen.
3 stars: Credit card details are outdated, but I cannot update them in the Uber Eats app. Also cannot add a new card using the same card number so I can't place an order. Have exactly the same problem in the web page. Surely, Uber, this is important to get right. Turns out I can update CC details on the Uber app. I get to eat after all, but would have been quicker to drive there myself! I hate it when technology makes life harder.
3 stars: A little expensive with all the fees, but can be worth it. Also, there seems to be a lot of issues with the server and I have to clear my cart and re-add things several times before it works. And usually not from the restaurant I originally wanted. Amazing help departmen...
