4 stars: Normally very good, but VERY frustrating when trying to buy tickets for the UK when abroad, kept showing prices in Euros. When I tried to change this as per their instructions, there was nowhere on the app settings to do this. I wasted over an hour trying to do what should have taken 5 minutes!!
3 stars: You cant download tickets bought online that you have collected physical copies of. This seems silly as it means no back up for a lost ticket when either you lose your hard copy or phone not working. Also have hard copy of railcard that I cant back up into the app.
5 stars: Great app, easy to use,. Find the Journey, buy ticket and have the ticket all in one place - I find this very convenient. No problems with the app at all and also has a nice modern design.
4 stars: Great app, easy to use and gets you great prices on train journeys easily. However i wish there was a way to track a journey without having to purchase a ticket as currently you have to search for the journey you're taking every time you close the app.
5 stars: This app is a great way to quickly find and purchase train tickets. Having eTickets is also a great way to make sure you don't lose your ticket or are searching your pockets looking for it.
3 stars: Compared to the amazing website, the app is slow, often hangs or totally bug during checkout. I find the grey screens during loading particularly annoying. You're so close to a good app!
