5 stars: Great app, even when the connection is not fanstatic, you can still have an ok phone call. Work internationally as long as you have internet. Since this is a Google product, it can be paired with the Google home Hub and the Google home mini, with that you can just ask Google to make a phone call. This feature is great but I did have some trouble get it to work with my Google mini.
3 stars: Its good but not upto the mark. I get some kind of disturbing noise in the background like a sugarcane juice machine Ghungru/music in India. Sometimes the call automatically disconnects,may be due to network. But sometimes even though there is full coverage the call quality isn't so good. Overall I would rate it as average.
4 stars: Overall a good app that works as advertised. Although, it seems Google went too simple with the layout and left out the control of features I would like to edit, i.g. when voice calling, the option to go to speaker isn't available until the other person answers. Also, being forced to look at the front facing camera view upon opening the app can be unsettling at times. I don't need to be reminded how ugly I am, that is for others to endure.
