5 stars: Super easy way to get tickets and super helpful support staff. It makes buying a ticket a little more expensive but it's a lot faster and you're guaranteed your ticket regardless. Dont hesitate to ask for help with their staff, they will get back to you immediately and help you figure out your issue.
5 stars: This is a great app! The tickets, I feel, arent overpriced like they are with other vendors. As far as customer service is concerned, the representatives are very knowledgable and follow through on your concerns to its conclusion
5 stars: Seat geek keeps me up to date on events and concerts. I have used this app to purchase tickets and have had no problem with the purchase. I have yet to use the service at an event yet. When i do i will update with my experience.
5 stars: Love the app. It is a MUST use for any event ticket on the planet earth. Literally has all the options available. Only recommendation I have, is to add a section input in the filter menu.
5 stars: Nothing really to complain about. Super simple to use, easy to find seats you want, easy to send and receive tickets, and great for last minute deals you never would have seen otherwise. I don't even go to events that often and would still highly recommend it.
