3 stars: All the restaurants keep disappearing. One minute they are there next they are gone then they come back again. Quite annoying when your in the middle of an order then get told when you go to basket to be told it's not available for it then to be available again after 2 mins and having to put all the order in again. Please fix this The problem is the app. You can't say every restaurant goes offline at the same time so did the problem
3 stars: The app is good but there could be more functionalities like in previous orders the information we get is less. Information like which mode I used to pay the order should also be displayed. Similarly there are many other things that could be improved in the app.
3 stars: The app has improved and had its rough patches, but with the addition of Gold, Platinum levels etc you definitely save some money after a while. Although the service fee that was recently added a couple months back is still a bit annoying and feels unnecessary at times, the app gets the job done and that's the only reason I've stuck around with it for so long. Quick, Clean and Simple
5 stars: I love this app! It's great to have when you don't feel like leaving the house but you still want to eat from your favorite restaurants that don't deliver normally. Drivers are really friendly and very respectful. I've never had a bad experience with this app. One of the best apps ever created! I am a regular customer.
