5 stars: This app is absolutely great. Fully functional in English and easy to understand. Central Asia number is needed (kazahs or kyrgyz etc). Kazakhs number works in Kyrgyzstan. Payment with cash available. Small remark: maps turning would be useful.
5 stars: Very reasonable price compare to taxis at the airport, be prepared to be fleeced if using taxis. Need to use the message translator provided, most drivers if not all cannot speak English. Higher level vehicles(more expensive) tend to have better service.
5 stars: The app itself works great. It has very good location, it's user friendly. The service of Yandex taxi is also very good. It's not cheapest taxi, but IMHO it's better then most others.
5 stars: Very nice, very much on time! If there are like 10 cabs,. it'd be different... Not sure how that could be solved though... 🤔
4 stars: Works most of the time. Have some issues when it doesn't accurately tell the driver my location.
3 stars: App not functioning properly.... takes the driver to the wrong pick up. Not everytime. But sometimes Also the payment is struggling to go through on my card. Keeps on saying unpaid ride. I try to pay but it won't go through
4 stars: Often the location of the passenger is not accurate. Driver may wait in another location. This is problematic for foreign users.
