3 stars: I enjoy using Waze, and there are days I hate using Waze. Yes, it (usually) does give me the fastest route, but sometimes it doesn't update the route. Sending me a back way when traffic has cleared up and I have could of taken my normal way. Also the ads are annoying, I'm not interested in going to additional places. If I was I would of put them in to go there.
3 stars: I have a long commute to work and I've been using this app for a while now. It has caught a wreck a couple of times where Google Maps did not and rerouted me well. But I changed carriers and got a new phone and it refuse to let me log in on the new phone. I lost all my information that I've had . It would not take the button where it says yes it's me and would did nothing. Lost all my information lost all the points and all that jazz.
4 stars: I wi rate this 4 stars. Is almost perfect but I have two issues. Some time ago you were trying voice commands? I can't find this option anymore. Also, apparently the last updates are using a considerable amount of data compared to previous versions. I even maxed my data plan (small 2gb) using the app. This wasn't happening before, and I am not sure what changed or if I can configure something.
4 stars: Good for navigation. However, horrible when changing phones: history all lost with absolutely no option to transfer it. Tried putting SIM back in old phone, history not there. Recognizes me but keeps telling me my data must be lost in the atmosphere or...
