5 stars: I love the set-up of this app! I have used other nutrition counters, but none of them have been as easy to use, with as complete of a list of foods, as this one. I thought it would be a pain to track everything I eat, but this app makes it so easy that I actually do log it all! Then I can see my macro breakdown, calorie deficit, and progress... which inspirea me to keep it up.
4 stars: Like it a lot more than MFP. I used MFP years ago and lost a lot of weight but since then its become nothing but ads. This one is much more reasonable with ads and the scanner is fast and I've always found what I'm looking for. Only complaint is it can be a bit laggy if adding many items.
4 stars: Really helpful tool. Makes it very easy to take control of weight loss plan in a measurable way. Definitely recommend. Haven't tried premium, so can't comment on those features, but very happy with free version so far
5 stars: Great app! I have lost half a stone, nicely and slowly within two and a half months, and got back my waistline! I like it so much I have carried on using it, even after reaching my goal. Now I am on weight maintenance and much more aware of what I eat and how well I eat.
