4 stars: Bought a lifetime plan a few years ago for a song, and never thought this VPN would be as good as some of the bigger names out there, however so far its been fantastic with high speed connections. Great customer service too.

5 stars: With AT\u0026T they often will limit the data I use on my phone to mostly when streaming video to only SD video throttling my data that I pay for. Ever since I started using this service I have been able to bypass that restriction and able to smoothly play video in HD. Having the security of a VPN is just icing on the cake. I bought 3 years of service because I was so thrilled on how well it all worked.
3 stars: Sometimes vpn doesn't come on automatically when wifi connects. Sometimes it doesn't come on at all bc it says no internet connection. Does it not connect on 4G?

4 stars: Great innitial experience with this vpn service. I like how fast it works for Netflix USA and Hulu. I would love to see an option for Netflix UK available sometime in near future though. The other suggestion will be to allow more flexibility for users to easily remove and change the available slots for devices, and not needig to wait 5 days to be able to change it.
