5 stars: video is clear and audible, makes sending messages very easy and convenient, hands free messaging
4 stars: its definitely great to have this app especially if you don't have time to talk on the phone. You can easily send a video message. The reason I gave 4 star is because sometimes the video loads slowly or it wont load at all when you get a new glide message, even when u have great service, so I think something should be done about that. other than that I love this app.
