4 stars: I like the different overlays that can be applied - like crime, transportation, etc. except it would be good if it declared what sources were actually used for the overlays ( i.e. : crime) and when these results were last updated.

Two big issues: searching directly for homes that I knew were on the market did not appear in the app. I had to Google them and then go through the so app, which makes me question how many opportunities I missed. Second, I think you could make it easier to broadly search an area without having to define a specific city. This is different from the \

4 stars: App allows you to see most of the listings except for sale by owners. I love the way the app can do the distance between locations of the house you're looking at and an important location. That's extremely useful.
3 stars: If I select a filter the choices drop even though many houses have those parameters. Even something as simple as a bedroom.
5 stars: Works every time, Marks the houses I've already viewed, functionality is good and intuitive design!
4 stars: Only improvement I'd suggest is enabling exclusion of 55+ communities. I'd love to be able to continue my house hunt without having to spot check the listing for something silly, like age requirement
