4 stars: 90% good experience. One complaint I have is when air conditioning is weak and the car feels like a furnace. I've started bringing a portable fan with me so I don't pass out. There was also one case where a driver took my cash and charged my card at the same time- which was resolved after a month. Good service in general and will keep using grab. Thanks!

3 stars: sometimes when I open the app, I like to exit suddenly from the app and when I want to try again it always comes out continuously. it makes me lose a lot of time, especially when I'm in a hurry, very unhelpful :(( please fix this application as well as possible so that users are more comfortable to use this app
