3 stars: I live on Hilton head island, SC and its tourist season. my riders complain about trying to call a uber for 3 hours. I sit in the hot spot and don't catch as many rides. plus when I have a guest in my car, I will not accept a ride until I drop my guest off. but I never press decline. it just times out. but my account says I declined 55 rides. I don't understand.
3 stars: the app froze in the middle of a delivery! i was so frustrated... it took 45 min for the app to begin working properly again. ive been doing this for a week and this happened like 3 times. the last time it happened was 45mins of me troubleshooting, turning my phone off and back on 😤 and its a Friday night so i hope it gets better...
3 stars: some odd reason, the voice alerts starts low to normal cant seem to get it fixed. ok figured it out, u can just go to maps and use that while having uber app opened to *fix* the volume. also, there needs to be a feature where if there is a navigation error, you can just exit from picking up the food or person/people to the next phases
