4 stars: When it stays connected to my 2019 Edge, it works pretty well. The traffic updates and routing work well. The only issues I have are YouTube music and Play music that stops functioning every two or three days. I can't say with any certainly if it's the car or the phone, but otherwise it's really useful, pretty accurate, and I literally use it every day. I recommend it without reservation.
3 stars: The interfacing could be a little more comprehensive. For instance when you have a message read it should disappear from your main screen. Also it would be nice to see the available apps in a tile format rather than just an option bar at the bottom of the screen. More access to messages would be great. apple carplay has that feature available.
5 stars: Connecting is problematic to my Moto X4 phone. when it does connect it functions well but very understated. the screen and controls are pretty thin and not very eye catching. I have tried 6 USB cables and it connects sometimes and sometimes when it connects the connection fails after a few minutes. AHA! Found the problem, it was the phone's USB port that was faulty. i switched to a new phone and the problem is gone.
