5 stars: I do Ubereats! This app is User friendly! One tap to accept orders and the GPS chimes in to give you directions without having to go to a different screen! Simple to use. This allows for less attention to the app and more attention on the road! I have experience with one other competitor's app and this one far exceeds that one!!! Thanks Uber!
3 stars: Meh app. navigation is bad. location is half the times wrong for both drop off and pick up locations. also the app completely freezes every now and then and I cannot even restart my phone, which is BRAND NEW. 3 stars: The app is pretty easy to use. The thing I would like Uber to improve on is the rating system. I think Uber should require a written reason for a rating less than 5☆. This will help the driver to correct any problems but will also keep riders from giving a rating that's not deserved. Rider gives 1☆ Uber gives a free ride. That's not fair to the driver or Uber. Late night riders are not always in their right mind.
