5 stars: i have gotten so spoiled using these smart home things. i can be out away from my home and turn on fans,heat or air or lights or lock or unlock the door. I think it is grrat. I could be in bed and still do all the things I just stated.
5 stars: first time having security in a home , the installer was on time, his work was very neet/clean.,he explained and showed me how everything worked,the sales rep stop back by a few days later to check on us and if had any questions or problems..thanks Trent..
4 stars: I am disappointed, what sold me on the system was the fact on the app. When my doorbell rang. I could hear it thru the app, now they have eliminated that feature. I am tempted too leave Vivint and find another company that offers that feature. Because if I am not looking at my phone I can't detect visitors anymore because their are no sounds too warn you thru the app anymore!
5 stars: first time user for smart phone which is a biggy. the system is easy to use. clear pictures. so glad l finally got a system installed and now since i am so pleased, there are more options i am thinking about adding. there are so many options available to make my home more secure and sabe money as well.
