4 stars: Good app. But corrections are needed. Train no 11020. Konark Express boarding starting station(Bhubaneswar) platform number has been changed to no 6 for the past 6 months or more. But the app continues to stick to the original platform no 1. Kindly update to the current status.
5 stars: amazing app! lot of handy features like ordering food at station, emergency numbers at stations, important tips for station where you board or alight. and its just a start for me.. will keep posting more review as I explore more.
4 stars: I have got my refund amount. thanks for your quick response. updating my post (2) No refund yet,i am updating my post(1). Initial Issue- My ticket for bus was cancelled by the respective authority, after that i requested refund for my money on this application but never got such refund till date. worst experience, even IRCTC provide you the refund money in 2-3 days.
