4 stars: May be they will improve with time. They take longer time to find driver than Uber. price was bit cheaper than Uber. Need improvement in their map. I felt sorry for the driver that the gps is very hard to follow unlike with other apps or google maps. Overall good experience. hope they will improve and listen customer feedback. thanks
4 stars: worst support. They charged double the estimated amount when i didn't change destination nor there is any deviation in path. Driver himself said they charged extra from me. I called support and they said they will return excess amount. But nothing happened. I can't complain now as max complaint count for ride reached. Noone picks call from support even if i waited for 4 minutes.
3 stars: It is not working properly for me, it is showing connection failure after every ride. After that i have to uninstall and reinstall the app for booking an another ride and i will book minimum four rides per a day, this error making me uncomfortable to make journey with ola and this is also not possible to uninstall and reinstall of app for every ride please do respond.
3 stars: This app is mostly good and easy to use. The main issue is the deteorating quality of service - it is getting impossible to trust a pickup will be made, the driver might cancel even after reaching the pickup point, drivers are nowadays demanding only cash, rides are not at all available in the evenings. At the same time rides cost has increased in last 1 months...
