5 stars: Been the best online shopping platform so far. Very much user friendly and hassle free. Prime makes it even more smooth. There are amazing offers and sale almost throughout the year which makes me buy everything online these days, I hardly go to any store to get a thing. Amazon delivers it right at my door at better price. I am also satisfied with the products and their delivery service. I would highly recommend everyone to use this app.
4 stars: 1. Every product which we find is get through this app. 2. The app is very good in all categories product delivery, but 3. the app user interface is good but it should be improved time to time 4. The last one is the images of product which is shown in this app is poor quality and it is blured. it should be improved.
4 stars: The best thing about Amazon is that you can almost get anything that you can want! Love the diversity of the products available here. They have started with same day delivery in India too which is even better . I did have had to return a few faulty items , if delivery of faulty items can be avoided it will be good.
