5 stars: The equipment is very good! The service to knowledgable home owners is often marginal at best, so I sometimes need to call my dealer for service. Free service and parts for 3 years is a major benefit. From my experience their best service people are assigned when a dealer is called.
4 stars: Please add fast forwarding option to the app. No point in having playback without fast forwarding. Otherwise it is a cool app.
4 stars: problem with latest update . Wi-Fi says to check network connection, if i switch to mobile data, and back to Wi-Fi it works. No issues with Wi-Fi pyronix alarm app. works fine on Wi-Fi along with every other app. Samsung S6 edge.
5 stars: The app is pleasantly good and provides me the ability to watch my CCTV footage seamlessly from afar. been using for almost a month now, without any problems. There are possibilities to improve the UI especially front screen when accessing the app. But in terms of performance and efficiency this app is very very gold
