5 stars: Normally I feel like phone apps are inferior to visiting a website, but not so much with this app. I am able to see just as much information for the houses I am interested in as when I am online. The photos are good quality and easy to scroll through. Searching for new properties is not that difficult either.
3 stars: when it's working its great. I've been unable to get images to load on the app so I cannot view the houses for about a week. I've uninstalled and installed 2 or 3 times. I've updated the software on my phone and have not found any solutions online. I try to use the website search engine because the pics load there.
3 stars: X out used to work but it hasn't for quite some time now; always get a network error. One improvement would be to show a property line map like your competitor does.
3 stars: The reason Redfin is better than other sites is because it has integrated school ratings (when using from the website). Unfortunately this feature is not part of the app, so the Redfin app is the same as zillow etc. Would be great to see school ratings and walk score added to the Redfin App. ok otherwise!
