3 stars: So close but not quite there. Previous version was ok. Now, connection to cam requires me to climb up on the roof to reestablish. not happy with this or removal of alarm incident reply... please fix it, you guys are so close to having a great product!
3 stars: Lasted for 1 hour, then fails to connect to my network for more than 3 seconds. Was fabulous while it worked. Tremendously disappointed. I just bumped this rating from 1 to 3 stars for 2 reasons: fabulous customer response and I reseated the battery, let the camera sit overnight and so far all is well. Still don't understand the previous intermittent network connection though.
4 stars: Very unreliable remote connection. I get about a 10% success rate of being able to access the device remotely. The device must be configured correctly because it works occasionally. I am using Argus 2 cameras. Accessing the cameras while on the same network seems used to work, but, I have not confirmed it since the latest update. Reolink support made some updates on their end. The application connects reliably now.
5 stars: (UDATE) since the update the app is very user friendly, love it thanks! Just had four cameras installed for my business. Hardware is great and the app is great. I would only suggest a easier way to adjust the notifications and the sensitivity for individual cameras. I'm sure it's in here but a little hard to navigate. Other than that a great security addition and piece of mind
