5 stars: Lyft is a really fun way to earn money however; a year after I've been driving strangers around town for lyft they are making very difficult for drivers to make money. It's sad. I will likely not use lyft for that reason but to be more specific they have taken the ability to use the rideshare account manager (switching between the two) away by insisting their app always be on top. Easy fix. Uninstall lyft.
4 stars: I have had some problems as a lyft driver, but recent improvements are making the experience better. Most improved is to see generally where the next pickup is going. I accept more rides now than before when I know I will not be going out of my way at the end of my work day.
3 stars: When the app switched rider on the fly from your original request is a distraction on the road and become a unsafe situation and by the time you realize you need to turn around you already far away and some riders will notice your going a different direction and they will cancel. It's not an affective feature to have nor safe for the driver.
3 stars: The Pins, can we get them in the proper places, i have lost at least $100 because the drop pins or pick up pins were in places where you can't drive to, can you make it so we can manually acknowledge pick up or drop off...
