4 stars: Great product for the price, can't beat it. The interface is decent though the touch respose on the bottom icons are a little off. Wish they had a way to sound and alarm on the decice and lock it remotely.
3 stars: Website user interface is slow and clunky. App is dated and slow. But for the price, it does the job. I would like to see text monitoring added and be able to see how much time my kid spends on each app instead of just total phone use time. Also, would like to be able to put a set time use on each app instead of total phone use.
3 stars: Was good while it worked. However, since my daughter's old TracFone is no longer supported (as in usable at all) on their network, I had to buy a new one. Safe Kids will not stay activated, every time you start the app it has to re-enter all it's settings, it won't block Play Store, can be closed without the passcode, etc. Support has no idea what the problem is, even with debug data.
4 stars: UPDATED REVIEW...I originally was having problems with the schedule. Turns out it was my fault. I was putting in times to ALLOW device use but you are supposed to put in the times to BLOCK it. Once I corrected that, it works great. No fifth star because it's a little difficult to maneuver the controls.
