3 stars: its a good app but im having a serious problem. i cant hear the caller's voice when i answer for some reason. i checked my internet connection but there was no issue there. I think the problem is in the application itself buyt dont know what. Pls help me identify and fix the problem to rerate this app Thank you.

4 stars: your in store staff at Virgin are fantastic. I had a lot of issues setting up but first call was excellent. Your online help was pretty bad though. Call quality and connectivity is very hit and miss. often have to try 4 or 5 times to get connected to someone.
5 stars: am really thankful for this app. and it really works so nice and clearly. and it made our communication more easy and love u guys for introducing this app, where we thought our communication will be harder but this app break all the barries and video call is of extreme clarity.Thanks alot.
