5 stars: it definitly has the most food places to choose from! it doesnt have my fave korean place but i think that has more to do with hor far away from my house it is. i love how easy it is to order. then you get confirmation texts at every step. love the app.
4 stars: I have had 0 complaints so far about this app. Drivers are friendly and fast... man are they fast! foodservice seems to be quicker then estimated, they work well together. The only complaint I have is I do not always get my requested sauces (ranch, barbaque.. etc) This has saved me often when I cannot cook/drive due to my health. Thank you!
5 stars: Its the only delivery service app that actually DELIVERS in my area and its pretty great. The prices are bad, most times. I would say that tjey need a rewards program or something to sometimes cut that delivery fee or take a few bucks off (idk)? Regardless, great app
3 stars: I love the convenience of being able to order food from home after a long day but I wish the service fee was a flat fee rather than a percentage. I shouldn't have to pay more based on my total being higher. It isnt anymore work for the app team or the driver. Flat fee for the app, tip for the driver, no delivery charge because thats just a double charge.
