5 stars: have been using this app for 4 years well developed, the lite version is great.. there would be some problem woth ppl some time. The problem I faced the most was rides want to cancel their rides and when we do that a fraction of that amount would be carried over to the next trip. 3 stars: hi, i am using uber lite, its easy and handy, but i want one addition in the app, the message service to the caption. there is 3 option, call emergency and the other one. but not messages option. If you have out of money to call the Captain then there should be message option as well, i will rate 5 if you will put update new here as message option. and please remove this emergency police helpline, no need this option here. Thanks.
4 stars: Nice app design however in the lite version I don't see the option for Pre-booking a ride which is very important for the Airport drops.. Kindly make this option available in Lite version too!! 4 stars for the same reason.
