3 stars: This app has a problem with notification sound in MIUI 10 for all xiaomi devices., when I received a message, it does not give a notification sound even though I set app notification sound enabled already , it has just the message pop up and vibration, no sound absolutely. Please fix it ASAP. Thank you.

5 stars: amazing app! recommended tool for freelancers. but i hope they will develop it more by adding feature of recording calls and a version using windows OS and more.. so this can be flexible to be used by most of thw freelancers in the philippines.. hope they can also a develop an admin access which admin can create account for agents and acces their call history or recordings..
