5 stars: Love this app. Very clear pictures. Set your price and they send you homes to look at. We will keep looking. There are nice homes out there. We just can't pick one.
4 stars: I tested Zillow, Trulia and Realtor apps for 2 months. I kept Realtor app on my phone because it had the less obnoxious alerts and nags. It keeps data updated about as well as the others but doesn't fictionalize data like Zillow. Realtors map is less glitchy, which is super frustrating on Truila. I wish Realtor had better past tax history and niche style neighborhood data but all things considered, this is the best overall option.
3 stars: Useful in getting information about homes you select. Annoying in that it gives constant updated on homes that do not fit one's search criteria. If one selects a particular neighborhood in one's search, one should not get updates on houses in distant neighborhood. Note: I am aware of favorites and saved searches. My review concerns receiving numerous updates with no relationship to my favorites or my saveds.
5 stars: Great way to plan a move. Getting ideas of real estate. It allows us to have the right questions and list of realistic wishes. Also, to get some listing agents, which is always a plus when getting into actions.
