4 stars: For all people who got stuck on step 3. Please make sure your lock is Sense or Encode. It works ONLY with those 2. I've got Connect one. App will not work with it.
5 stars: Connected to the lock quickly. works super well to let me know when my Schlage Encode is locked or unlocked in real time. A lot of customization options for the lock.
4 stars: I love this lock as it works well and is very convenient. The only problem i have is that within a couple of weeks i lose it on my phone, and have to log in again before i can use it again.
3 stars: where is the android widget? no one wants to have to open an app for that.
5 stars: the app works as advertised, no problems experienced. Easy setup, easy to use.

4 stars: After seeing some of these reviews, I was bracing myself for a ton of pain, but I was pleasantly surprised that installation worked flawlessly. I was able to pair the Sense lock as well as the Wi-Fi adapter without any issues at all. The only issue I've encountered is that the scheduling is buggy -- it's currently Sunday night, but I had to set it for Monday in order to get it to work. Other than that, I'm a happy customer.
3 stars: Overall the app does what it is supposed to do. The app is however quite slow and scheduling access codes does not work. I have had to set access codes to all day access to get them to work properly which is a pain.
