4 stars: great app, but many rstaurants don't participate. I am not confident in the reviews in this app- yelp seems to always be spot-on, so typically i find a restaurant using yelp and then see if they're on Open Table. The app is easy to use.
5 stars: we are always impressed with how Open Table managed our reservations. our one difficulty is making reservations in another city when we are visiting away from our home city. we were in Dallas at the airport yesterday and needed to change a reservation in Vail. everyone I typed in Vail, CO, I would end right back up with Dallas restaurants! extremely frustrating!!! thanks!
3 stars: Yesterday I made a reservation for a restaurant, I got to throw place and I did not liked, than I tried to make a new reservation for a nee place... there was no way to do it, no way to cancel the first one either, then ... basically I lost 100 points since I went to the second place any way!
