4 stars: was wondering why I can't change custom picon thumbnails on some channels?. I tried .jpeg and .png format but the picon isn't changing?

3 stars: It's good. I think the operating system could be a bit easier to use. Maybe that's my tv's fault (Philips). I'm having huge problems setting up groups which would make things A LOT easier. There's also sometimes drop of sound. I used to use Smart TV before, and that had one of the best menu systems going. If this could be the same, then I'd give it 5 stars.

Edu website, the area where it says select backup file. where you upload complete backup. how do the file supposed to be formatted to upload like do anybody have any instructions on this?
