5 stars: I just love this security system. i can check on my parents when away from home. its like face time without the phone. TOTALLY AWESOME!!! DONT KNOW WHY I WAITED SO LONG? GET IT NOW YOU NEED AND WILL LOVE IT
3 stars: I like Vivint for the fact that everything is simply using your phone. However You have to call in to the monitoring center to have them reset something do to the cameras not catching at a 100%.. I'm not sure wat it is.
5 stars: so far great experience from initial visit to Verizon show room, setting up the appointment installation. David was my installation representative could not be be more professional and educated me all along the way. simple application user friendly, sincere feeling of security.
3 stars: great app to have but garage opening and closing is hit and miss, i have to reboot to get it to work about every other time. called tech support twice and still have same problem.
5 stars: I had never had a security system before but I decided to get one and it was a great decision. the cameras are super clear and i love everything about it. the technician who installed it was awesome too
