3 stars: While it's nice and easy to use, the lack of options for stronger and safer file control makes it useless for protecting your IP and assets. Anyone can share (critical) files into and out of slack with no control/blocking/authorization possible by admins.
5 stars: Needs dark mode, gifs should be animated in the message, and would prefer to search multiple gifs at a time (ala Google messages). Edit: All of a sudden the gifs are animated!
5 stars: Lia at Customer Service was incredible. She helped me step by step figure out how to get notifications when my notifications from Slack stopped working. Great platform, great customer service!
4 stars: A good chat experience, marred by a weird ui for switching between chats. I wish they'd made the chat drawer more accessible - I continue to be confused when the Back button takes me out of the app rather than to the chat list.
3 stars: Pretty great, but contains a seriously irritating bug - I work with slack both on mobile and desktop, if I receive a call and answer it on my desktop, my phone will keep vibrating until I restart it / force quit slack.
5 stars: Slack is super and we are so addicted to it. So much better than the rest of the lot. Thanks guyz for this gem. 👍🏻
