5 stars: I love using this app the drives are so polite and respectful but there is not a lot of drivers and sometimes I usually do not find a ride in my area.. but whenever I do find a ride I am always satisfied. .
4 stars: Too bad you cant leave a tip after the ride is complete or choose a standard tip. Drivers loose from that.
5 stars: love this taxi service driver's arrive promptly and very polite, very different from the normal taxi drivers.

4 stars: I like to use it. However it loads a bit to slow. it is no a major ploblem but locations at the GPS are offset by several metters. It can complicate pickups but there is nothing to be done.
3 stars: App works well but the service does not during peak times because it's impossible to get a car, instead drivers are picking up customers on the road and charging them higher amounts.
5 stars: Excellent. Minus one star for constant nagging for a 5 star review.

5 stars: I absolutely love using the app. The black taxi service has been brilliant. I find it a bit strange though that some people on reviews here, insist on comparing it to uber... lol... It's a black cab people, with actual background checked drivers... anyway, loved my rides!
