5 stars: Recently the app is not able to alert incoming calls..!! Good performance in comparison to many other apps . . . But performance depends a lot on the speed and quality of users internet connection hence unpredictable quality of service if both the users do not keep internet connectivity to certain level of quality.
3 stars: Every time the app is closed, i get a notification saying BOTIM is using battery and it is very annoying. It does not happen with any other app. I have to force close the app every time i am not using it. Please fix.
3 stars: Customer service is horrible. I have emailed them with some issues few times in last 4 months but nothing from them besides standard out going email. Calls and chats are great.
5 stars: it's a awesome app. when I came to dubai from india I didn't even feel like missing my family. I often make video call and normal call which makes very comfortable to keep contact with my family . such a excellent app . My rating is always 5* to this app.
