3 stars: Decent, but short of using alternate themes, we should be able to just change the color of the overlay–blue doesn't quite stand out enough. In terms of code this app is fairly simple since it just piggybacks on the gyroscope, with a distinct lack of features right now to justify payment. Add the aforementioned option and some Tasker integration and I'll consider it.
3 stars: Nice idea. Unfortunately it reverses sensor input on my phone (xiaomi mi max 3) when upside-down, which means it goes bonkers in horizontal mode and just keeps scrolling really fast. So, still can't watch video :(
5 stars: A great car sickness preventative. Free with the option to pay for different colors. Works great for me and makes my commute so much better.
