3 stars: 제가 1년 사용권을 구매해서 이용 중이었는데 어느 날 부터 로그인이 안됩니다. 그래서 고객문의 이메일을 보냈는데 답이 없어섰습니다. 수신확인을 해보니까 지금 일주일이 지났는데도 읽지 않음 상태였습니다. 제 계정 임시 비밀번호를 문자로 보내주셨으면 합니다.
