3 stars: Well you can't be too far away or else you can't use real time. I was \npretty excited about being able to see messages and phone calls of my \nchildren but that's not available as well. Really just very basic. Not much \nincentive to pay the extra 499 for premium since the free version is not \nthat great. I'm going to keep it hoping that it improves

4 stars: Clean interface. Seems accurate enough. Set up is a tad confusing, but after a while, I was able to configure it to my liking.
