5 stars: Was working good in a Huawei, but now changed to Samsung and my HEY 3S is not being recognised by the app although its connected to the phone and Ive followed the steps in the help menu. Too bad! Please help. EDIT: Weloop are not answering my emails. I cant use my watch now! EDIT: I got an answer from Weloop that fixed the problem, working now on my new phone!
