5 stars: So far so good. Realistic length of times listed per muscle group. I have one complaint. When it puts you on a side plank or something like it and tells you to do the move 12 times but the image holds still please either have it move with you or say side plank dips. I held that damned plant for two minutes and my shoulders not happy. Lol other than that it was awesome. Thank you! I love this!🤗❤

5 stars: Can you please tell me how to cancel my subscription so that I can pay the one off payment for the full year? I seen it advertised just as I was clicking to set up the prescription so I would rather pay it on one than have a direct debit set up. thanks!
5 stars: Love this app but just found out I'm pregnant. I wish there was a way to know which workouts we're safe for me and my developing baby.
4 stars: I love the setup and the guide of what to do everyday. Their could be more of a selection of food choices then the ones you have but not bad. I can track my weight daily if I want. And it will allow you to skip days if needed They set an alarm for when you want to work out again.
5 stars: I can feel my muscles building up after first day and just wanted to say thanks. Wish I had money to pay for the real deal... But for now this will suffice
