4 stars: Tik Tok is one of those apps that are so addictive and you will be spending tons of time on it without even realizing. The quality and the design of the app needs improvement (yeah it would be more than useful to not have the videos play at possibly maximum volume as soon as you open the app), other than that, this is a fun app.
